Volume 3 (September 4, 1919 to September 7, 1934) and Volume 7 (October 5, 1973 to May 26, 1987) are available online using this page. Volumes 1, 2, 4, 5, and 6 are available only on microfilm reels. Please contact the Probate Court at (513) 946-3551 to view or obtain copies of documents in volumes 1, 2, 4, 5, and 6. Volumes 3 and 7 (available on this page) have no master index. Use page number 0 (zero) to retrieve the index for each individual volume. The indexes for volumes 3 and 7 are in alphabetical order only by the first letter of the last name, so the entire grouping for that letter may have to be searched.
